Diseases are scattered through multiple books. Run Faster has the ones for HMHVV. Bullets & Bandages have a few that are not related to those 3 things, London Falling has an HMHVV Strain III variation, Street Grimoire has the Pestilence power for Plague Spirits, paracritters have them in Howling Shadows. I think Harpies have a VITAS strain....I typically home brew my own using these as a template. The not-official Shadows of Latin American may also have some.
I found more diseases! 4th Edition - Augmentation book. It has Malaria, Tuberculosis, Flu, Ebola....4e is close enough to 5e you probably wont need to make any changes when using them.
