安纳修斯•鹰眼(Anacius Hawkeye),4630年生于Korvosa东北“灰森林”(Churlwood)地区的树眼村(Wood's Eye),是当地土生土长的木精灵猎人。因为“木精灵生来就会射箭”的传统,安纳修斯自小就精研弓术。成年后加入了村子的卫队“夜哨”(Night's Watch),平时负责站岗放哨巡逻,不值班时就出外打猎。他是当地猎户团体“披叶人”(Leafskin)的成员,以动作敏捷,箭术精准著称;一张弓同时射出两箭的绝技外加53岁时就射杀过老虎的战绩更为他在当地赢得了小小的名声。随着Shaonti部落的活动日益频繁,安纳修斯从村卫队离开,改为保护商队往返于Korvosa和村子之间进行贸易。随着离开村子的次数增多,和Korvosa里的各式人等接触渐多,安纳修斯的见识也逐渐增加。每次去Korvosa,安纳修斯最喜欢做的事情就是去酒馆听佣兵、水手们吹嘘自己的冒险、远洋经历和听吟游诗人们吟唱古代英雄的冒险传奇。随着时间渐长,安纳修斯也萌发了外出冒险,争取名气和财富的念头。最近一次随同商队离家之前,他向父母辞别,说要离开家庭和村子去参加冒险。虽然母亲很舍不得,但是父亲支持他,并把最近精心打造的厚皮甲和一些积蓄送给安纳修斯打点行装。安纳修斯护卫商队进城后,并没有随着商队回到村子,而是在平原区的一家小旅馆“蜜酒之歌”(Singing Nectar)里暂住,平时常常去佣兵工会、酒馆之类的地方碰运气,梦想着找到意气相投的伙伴们一起踏上他人生中第一次冒险旅程。
