Module: Horror on the Orient Express
KP: Ophidia (US Pacific Timezone)
As connoisseurs of the fine arts, you, members of the British gentry or perhaps just rich foreigners with too much time on their hands, decided to attend the opening of the Maudslay Collection, a, well, collection of recent archaeological findings within a newly opened room in the British Museum. There, you shall begin a fateful journey of blood and death, of the bizarre and the outlandish, of insanity and revelation. Join me, as I recount this horrific journey across Europe in the 1920s, and witness the madness unfold!
Requirements: The whole campaign will be done in English and on discord (with the exception of any random questions or comments that are not roleplay, they can be in any language). Stats will be point buy with 490 points available, except for luck. The luck stat will equal the lowest stat the character has. You MUST have ample time during weekends or do not sign up at all. All career skills cap at 75%, while personal interest skills cap at 50%. Please use an excel character sheet, the Chinese one is fine and actually preferred.
Recommendations: The PCs ought to be somewhat learned in at least two languages, including but not limited to Italian, French, German, Arabic, Turkish and Latin. Combat skills, speech-related skills as well as Library Use will be useful as well. The module says it has a 70% casualty rate, so I guess be cautious?
Rules: You can use luck as a commodity, and you can push failed rolls. Critical Successes range from 1 to 5 and Critical Failures range from 96 to 100. You must have at least 50 in Credit Rating (since you got to be rich to actually ride the Oriental Express) and have 35 extra personal interest points.
