纳沙帮（Laésa）

　　也被称为“精灵黑手党”，纳沙在斯派瑞赛尔语（精灵语）中，意为“被遗忘者”，是在皮阿拉普区的坦瑞兹拉（Tarislar）社区中被精灵国提尔坦盖（TIR Tairngire）流放的精灵中起步的。家族的核心是那个想要推翻王子委员会的反叛组织锐尼欧卡忒尔(Rinelle ke'Tesrae)。他们在坦瑞兹拉建立的犯罪网吸收了一些当地的精灵团伙，如“血王子”。成立一个秘密组织，专门向精灵国输送信息、资源和违禁品，并把同样的东西运送到西雅图。

The so-called "elven mafia," Laésa—which means "the forgotten" in Sperethiel—got its start among the elven exiles from Tir Tairngire in the Tarislar neighborhood of Puyallup. The syndicate’s core was the Rinelle ke'Tesrae, the rebel organization looking to oust the Council of Princes. The criminal contacts they built in Tarislar absorbed some local elven gangs like the Princes of the Blood, forming a secret organization devoted to funneling information, resources, and contraband into Tir Tairngire, extracting the same, and bringing it to Seattle.

After the overthrow of the Council, rather than dissolving, Laésa found more opportunities than ever as elven refugees and exiles poured into the metroplex, many looking to get back into the country, or smuggle property or loved ones out. The more porous borders of Tir Tairngire offered new smuggling opportunities, and some ex-patriots in Seattle were willing to pay handsomely for a little taste of home, whatever that might mean for them, such as bottles of elven liquor like taéngelé to family heirlooms, magical goods, elven erotica, or whatever else they want. As long as the money’s there, the Laésa provide.

Removed from their original cause, but still criminally inclined, the original members slowly abandoned their political leanings. Based in Tarislar, the insular elven community in Puyallup, Laésa have an ideal power base that the government of Seattle had abandoned. The people of Tarislar largely see the Laés :em002a as a blessing — many of the refugees, and their families, were political exiles.

Laésasa (the term for individual members of the syndicate) all speak Sperethiel and use it as a code language. Many are trained in the elven martial art of carromelegand they’re also well supplied with weapons for their own defense. They have a reputation as protectors in Tarislar, so the locals are reluctant to provide any information to outsiders, allowing the laésasa to disappear into the community at will.
